DR. OMAR FATHI ALKHOULI

Professor of Law - Faculty of Law - King Abdelaziz University. He obtained his PhD in Legal Sciences with Honors in International Commercial Law from the United States in 1986.  Obtained a Masters degree in Maritime Law with distinction with honors from the College of Law - Tulane University,  New Orleans (Louisiana) in 1984.  He holds a Master of Laws degree with distinction with honors from the College of Law, Tulane University, New Orleans (Louisiana) 1982. He participated in a number of international commercial arbitration conferences (Cairo - Tunis - Sana'a - Bahrain - Beirut). Certified arbitrator in a number of Arab and international arbitration centers and bodies.  Part-time legal advisor - United Nations, Commission on the Law of the Sea. A lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Commerce in 1400 A.H, then the Saudi Ministry of Justice   for the year 1423 A.H.  Legal advisor and a member of the board of directors in several commercial and educational    companies.  Assistant Secretary General for Legal Affairs - Islamic Relief Organization  A legal trainer certified by the General Organization for Technical Education and Technical    Training.  He carried out a number of various legal courses.  Member of the first tax zakat committee (formerly). He has about (20) books on arbitration and in various branches of law.
