The Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, issued a regulatory decision to transfer the jurisdiction of the legitimate health bodies to the courts, to begin examining cases of medical errors. 8 Judicial Chambers: The decision included the establishment of 8 judicial circuits in the General Court in Riyadh, each composed of 3 judges, and specialized in hearing cases of professional health errors, in addition to the establishment of two judicial circuits in the Court of Appeal in Riyadh.
