Minister of Justice: Launching a virtual execution court by the end of the year... and there is no stopping services in the ministry

Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani revealed the expected updates to the enforcement system, indicating that there is a study to develop the enforcement system from a legal point of view, taking into account the considerations related to the creditor and debtor.

Al-Samaani added, during his meeting on a program in the open on the Saudi channel, that the development of the implementation system will include tracking funds and increasing the electronic link with a number of authorities, stressing that by the end of this year a virtual execution court will be launched in full, starting from the submission of the application until its implementation.
